(hereinafter referred to as: Worker)

make herewith and enter into following

EMPLOYMENT AGREEMENT / CONTRACT

Art. I

The parties to this Contract ascertain that herewith it is dealt with the subject / issue of:

The Worker enters into the Employment Contract on a part-time job for a certain limited time period on the basis of a shorter working time with the aim of ________ (preparation for work, training or attending an advance study course, or for other reasons).

The Employment Contract is made for a certain limited period with a shorter working time within the period from (date) to (date) or (number) of months.

Art. II

The Worker shall start working on the day of ________ and shall be allocated to work, type of work respectively _________________ ranked into tariff class _________________

Art. III

The Worker shall start working for a trial period amounting to ________ months.

(OPTION: No trial work / period)

Art. IV

The Worker shall perform the following works or type of works:

in compliance with the Company Act on Systemization of Works / Types of Work.

Art. V

The Worker shall perform his work at location _______________ in the Company premises, and if needed by following the Employer’s orders also outside the business premises in the field with customers / buyers.

(OPTION: choose or adapt:

A. The Employment Contract is made for a certain limited period on a part-time basis of 2 or 3 working hours per day. The working week duration amounts to 14 hours and shall be arranged according to the Company General Act.

B. The Employment Contract is made for a certain limited period with a shorter working time of 3 hours per day. The working week duration amounts to 15 hours and shall be arranged according to the Company General Act. )

The Worker is obliged to perform his work over the stipulated working time only in extraordinary cases pursuant to Art. 144 of the Working Relations Act.

Art. VI

The Worker is entitled to be granted the appertained annual leave amounting to a minimum of 4 weeks whereby the duration of the yearly leave shall be defined for each calendar year by the Company director through his note complying to the Company General Act, by the end of March of the current year at the latest.

The Worker shall spend his annual leave in compliance with the Company regulations and annual plan of leaves or on the basis of the yearly leave granted by the Company director or by the chief in charge directly.

In case that the Worker is a parent to a compulsory school-aged child he shall be entitled to spend at least one week of his annual leave during the school holidays period whereof the Employer should be notified by the Worker in advance, and provided the Worker’s absence could not seriously jeopardize the working process.

(Option for a certain limited period: (The Worker is entitled to spend his annual leave in a part proportional to his employment period of time. Furthermore, he is entitled to receive a proportionate part of his annual leave subsidy.)

Art. VII

The Worker’s basic salary / wages for his work or sort of work as above is amounting to _______ EUR gross on the day of signing this Contract and depends on the working results expected from him under normal working conditions and proportional to the scope of work to be performed. The starting salary / wages shall vary according to any change of the collective contract tariff system on the branch level or legal regulations defining the changes of salaries / wages.

In addition to his basic salary, certain allowances / bonuses appertain to the Worker in proportionate part according to the Company Acts and Branch Collective Contract.

A cost of transport to work appertains also to the Worker.

The salary / wages shall be paid once a month to the Worker on his bank account i.e. by 18th day of each current month for the previous month.

Art. VIII

The Employer undertakes to ensure to the Worker safe working conditions and to respect the Worker’s personality / privacy in compliance with current regulations.

Art. IX

The Worker undertakes to perform his work consciously and consistently and to follow the Employer’s guidelines and regulations on safety and health at work. Furthermore, the Worker is obliged to notify the Employer simultaneously and timely on circumstances effecting / endangering life and health of the employed, their work, as well as Company’s property and
